Why I Started Bumblebee
My name is Miguel, and I started Bumblebee because of my own grandparents. I watched them struggle with simple things — sending a photo, joining a video call, figuring out a new phone update — and I could see how frustrating and lonely that felt.
Technology is supposed to help us stay close to the people we love. But for many older adults, it can feel like a wall they can't climb over.
That's where the bumblebee comes in.
A bumblebee is small, but it never stops flying from flower to flower, helping things grow. That's what I want to do — travel from person to person, one friendly call at a time, and help you feel confident with your devices again.
